Disciplinary and Grievance Investigations
Fairness in Practice: Independent D&G Investigations
A grievance or disciplinary process can be the most stressful time in an employee's career and a significant risk for a business. My approach combines professional HR expertise with the unique insight gained as a Union Rep.
We don't just follow a process; We understand the human dynamics behind the dispute. By choosing an investigators with lived experience in representation, you ensure a process that is seen as authentically fair, deeply thorough, and completely unbiased.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Expertise earned, not just learned.
We help organisations move beyond Diversity. By centering lived experience and focusing on those historically excluded from the workforce, We help you build an HR strategy that is authentically inclusive, legally robust, and socially impactful.
Redefining Inclusion through Lived Experience
True Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) requires more than policy; it requires perspective. We bring a unique blend of professional HR rigor and lived experience to help businesses employ, support, and retain those often left at the margins. We provide the "missing lens" that helps leaders see untapped potential where others see risk.
EDI Informed by Reality, Not Just Research
Most EDI strategies are built on spreadsheets. Ours is built on life. We specialise in bridging the gap between corporate structures and the lived realities of disadvantaged and excluded communities. We use first-hand expertise to dismantle the barriers that keep talent out, ensuring your organisation is inclusive in practice.
